About Us

At Take Care Cooperative, we believe that early childhood development isn't just about hitting milestones, it's about nurturing the whole child and the people who care for them. Designed by a board-certified music therapist based right here in Colorado, we bridge the gap between joyful musical play and intentional, evidence-based developmental support for children and caregivers.

We are dedicated to taking care of our community in mind, body, and soul.

Mind

Cognitive and Language Development

Music is a powerful tool for structural brain development. Through structured rhythms, melodic patterns, and interactive call-and-response singing, we stimulate early language acquisition, build spatial awareness, and strengthen cognitive pathways in growing brains.

Body

Sensory Integration and Motor Skills

People experience music physically. From the gentle vestibular rocking in our infant groups to the intentional coordination of clapping, drumming, and movement activities, we use music to support physical milestones, spatial navigation, and motor control.

Soul

Emotional Wellness & Connection

The core of music therapy is relationship. We design our groups to calm the infant nervous system, celebrate individual child expression, and build a soulful support system for parents and caregivers. This creates a secure attachment bond that helps children feel safe enough to explore their world and grow into empathetic and empowered humans.
